PSE 102 – Public Service Rules, Ethics and Integrity

School A: Foundation School – Public Service Essentials (PSE) · Module 2 of 5 · Foundation Certificate · For all officers; mandatory for new entrants and refresher cohorts (GL 01–10) · Duration: 15 minutes of video (9 video lessons) plus a quiz. This module sets out the rules, ethical standards and integrity systems that govern every Federal civil servant from appointment to retirement, and what to do when something goes wrong. What you will be able to do: Apply Public Service Rules and ethical standards in day-to-day official conduct. What the course covers: Public Service Rules; Code of Conduct; anti-corruption systems; conflict of interest; whistleblower protection; disciplinary procedures.
