4. Course Enrollment and Certification

Enrollment in mandatory courses is subject to departmental directives. Certificates are issued only upon satisfactory completion of all modules and passing of required assessments. The Academy reserves the right to revoke certificates if obtained through fraudulent means.

The Academy platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access due to required maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.
