Getting Started with Your Academy Account

FCSOA uses your government identity for secure registration.

Step 1: Confirm your MDA has imported your learner record into the system. Contact your departmental HR administrator if you are unsure.

Step 2: Go to /register on the FCSOA platform.

Step 3: Select IPPIS or NIN as your identity verification method.

Step 4: Enter your ID number. IPPIS numbers are 6–8 digits. NIN numbers are 11 digits.

Step 5: Verify your identity and create a secure password. Your password must be at least 8 characters and include one uppercase letter and one number.

Step 6: Complete your profile by adding your department, grade level, and phone number.

You will receive a confirmation email once your account is active. If you do not receive it within 15 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.
