Understanding Your Dashboard and Progress Tracking

Your FCSOA dashboard gives you a real-time view of your learning journey.

The dashboard is divided into four main sections:

My Courses: Shows all your enrolled courses, their completion percentages, and quick-access "Continue" buttons. Courses are sorted by last accessed date by default.

Assignments: Displays pending, submitted, and graded assignments across all your courses. Red indicators show overdue items.

Certificates: Lists all certificates you have earned, with download and sharing options.

Upcoming Sessions: Shows scheduled live training sessions relevant to your enrolled courses.

Progress bars are updated as you complete individual lessons. A lesson is marked complete when you have watched at least 85% of a video, submitted a required assignment, or passed a quiz.

If your progress appears stuck or incorrect, try logging out and back in. If the issue persists, contact support with the course and lesson name.

You can also view detailed performance analytics by clicking on any course card and navigating to the "My Progress" tab.
