Joining a Scheduled Live Session

Live sessions are available to learners enrolled in the linked course.

Step 1: Log in to your learner dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to "Live Sessions" in the sidebar, or check the course page for upcoming sessions associated with your enrolled course.

Step 3: Click "Join Session" next to the scheduled live event. The button becomes active 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

Step 4: You will be taken to the virtual classroom (Jitsi). Allow the browser to access your microphone and camera if prompted.

Step 5: Keep your microphone muted unless called upon to speak. Use the chat panel to ask questions during the session.

Step 6: Attendance is recorded automatically. Remain in the session until the instructor formally closes it to ensure your attendance is counted.

If you are unable to attend a session live, check if a recording will be made available. Not all sessions are recorded due to privacy considerations.

For technical issues entering the virtual classroom, try a different browser or contact support with your session details.
