How to Submit an Assignment
Assignments are a core part of many FCSOA courses. Here is how to submit one.
Step 1: Navigate to the relevant course and open the lesson that contains the assignment.
Step 2: Read the assignment brief carefully. Note the submission deadline and any file format requirements (PDF, Word, etc.).
Step 3: Prepare your response. For text-based assignments, type your answer directly in the submission text box. For document assignments, ensure your file is under 10 MB.
Step 4: To attach a file, click "Upload File" and select your document. Supported formats include .pdf, .docx, .xlsx, and .pptx.
Step 5: Review your submission. Once satisfied, click "Submit Assignment." You will receive an on-screen confirmation and an email notification.
Step 6: After your instructor grades your submission, you will receive a notification. You can view your grade and feedback in the "Assignments" section of your dashboard.
Late submissions may be accepted at the instructor's discretion but could attract a grade penalty. Always submit before the deadline.
If you submitted incorrectly and the deadline has not passed, contact your instructor or the support team to request a resubmission.
